Club Day, August 2018, Greenwich
The August meeting was at Greenwich at the home of Simon and Julie. There was a good turnout of members and all commented on what a great day it was. The weather was beautiful, with warm winds, which was much nicer than the cold winds we have been having lately. Simon, Julie and 2 of their children cooked a wonderful lunch which was to help support the Centenary Institute of Cancer and it was obvious that everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves.
Simon's layout goes around the edge of his huge garden, even under the stonework of his patio, quite impressive. There was a beautiful station as you can see from the photos.
The club would like to thank Simon, Julie and family for their hospitality.
The meeting of the minds!
